Must possess the ability to screen and assess oral health conditions, apply fluoride and utilize appropriate cleaning techniques. Experience is preferred. Must be skilled in using a computer and operating a multi-line phone, fax, scanner.

Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients in a professional and personable manner
• Scheduling/ following up with patient appointments
• Verifying insurance as needed
• Entering patient medical history
• Answering patient inquiries on treatment plans and payment options
• Collecting co-pays and any outstanding balances
• All other office tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor
